no doubt indian recipes are spicy. but today you get indian recipes that are customized for international food lovers. i have lot of friends who had the same issue before they tried it.

a good friend of mine in India always tell me about Doza,curry and chapati. It’s good that through this blog I have able to see how these foods actually looks like. really appetizing.

I wish there was an Indian restaurant here so I could try the Indian Vegetable (Gujarat- Undhiyo).
It looks like it is eggplant or something like that. prefer a non-meat dish. We have nothing like that here. I will have to enjoy it virtually or travel to India. ~~~~~~ : – )
